Pat Quinn is a dedicated leader with deep roots in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. A proud member and leader in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 111, Pat has spent over 30 years in the utility industry, progressing from a self-taught excavation equipment operator to a key member of Xcel Energy’s design department. His career is a testament to the values of hard work, community, and union advocacy, which he now seeks to bring to city leadership.

Throughout his professional journey, Pat has been a passionate advocate for working families. He has served two terms as president of IBEW Local 111, played a critical role in organizing campaigns, and developed training programs to improve job opportunities for workers. Pat’s dedication to public service extends beyond his union work; he is an active community member, currently serving as chair of the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission and on the Tri-County Workforce Development Board.
